Colymer™ 8100R

ColymerTM8100R is a patent technology of Van Entek Enterprises LTD., after many years of research and testing, developed for RO/NF membrane components desalination performance recovery and promotion of special agents.

It is applicable to the mainstream polyamide composite membrane in the market at present, and the ultra-thin separation layer of the diaphragm is repaired in the way of "patch ", so as to improve the desalination rate. It has the characteristics of wide adaptation, obvious effect, simple operation, safety and environmental protection.

 

Usage:

1. online repair

Clean the reverse osmosis system that needs to be repaired thoroughly, remove organic pollution and inorganic scaling, etc., then rinse the clean equipment, use the cleaning system of the system to prepare the repair solution.

u  Base solution :1.5% citric acid solution

u  Colymer of remediation agents 8100R concentration :2-4%

u  Pressure :≥3 bar

u  Temperature :35℃

u  Repair time :4-6 hours, can be extended or soaked according to specific conditions

u  After repair: run with pressure for more than 3 hours to achieve the best repair effect

 

2. offline repair

Offline repair is suitable for partial membrane element disassembly repair or single membrane element repair test.

If you need a single membrane element repair test and performance evaluation before and after repair, you can select 1-2 membrane elements to repair, sent to our company's technical center for repair test.

 

Remarks:

Ø  the repair agent acts on the ultra-thin separation layer of the membrane, and the desalination rate increases after repair, and the corresponding system operating pressure will slightly increase.

Ø  the repair effect will be different according to the condition of the membrane element. Usually, the conductivity of water production in the system can be reduced by 30% to 50%, depending on the actual repair effect.

Ø  can be repaired repeatedly.
